Getting started with HaradaLifeGoals
Last updated
A Harada board starts with one central goal, surrounded by 8 pillars - the areas of your life or plan that have to come together for you to reach it - and each pillar broken into 8 concrete actions, for 64 steps in total. It's the same 9x9 method Shohei Ohtani used at 15 to map his path to the majors. Open the Boards tab and tap New Board to create your first one: describe your goal and let AI build the whole thing, start from a template, or build it pillar by pillar yourself. Once a board exists, visit the Today tab each day to check off habits and build your streak.
