Site privacy policy
This policy covers the cantlosesoftware.com website run by Can't Lose Software, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from that app's page.
What we collect
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies on this site. The only information we receive is what you choose to send through the support or contact forms: your email address, your message, and any details you include.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs Turnstile, a spam check on our forms. Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP address to deliver pages and block abuse.
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
Stored on your device
If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
Free tools
The free tools under /tools/ (the tip calculator and bill splitter, the habit tracker, and any we add) run entirely in your browser. They store only what they need to remember: your last tip percent and any habits you create. That is stored in your browser's local storage on your device, and is never sent to us or to anyone else. Habit backups are files you save yourself. Clearing your browser's site data removes everything the tools have stored.
